Hospital Visitations
Due to privacy laws, hospitals do not divulge information lists for Pastoral visitations as has been done in the past. Because we strongly believe in the importance of Pastoral visitations in hospitals, we need your help. When someone is admitted into a hospital, the administration will ask several questions about your religion and whether you want a priest to be notified of your admission. If the hospital does not ask these questions, then the family must request that they want visitations from their priest.
The pastoral office of the hospital is then obligated to notify our church office with this information. Please help us and let others know of these new hospital visitation regulations. Also, please call our church office directly to inform our clergy of any hospitalizations.
